CHOP SHOP: Bodies of Work contemporary dance festival returns to Meydenbauer Center Theatre February 15 & 16, 2020, celebrating its 13th year presenting extraordinary dance from Seattle and beyond, alongside the CHOP SHOP Master Class Series and the free Experience Dance Program. The 2020 festival invites eight local and national choreographers to share their thought-provoking and powerful work on the Meydenbauer Center Theatre stage.
CHOP SHOP shares the world premiere of Eva Stone’s Janus, performed by The Stone Dance Collective. In the world of movement contronyms, one physical moment can share two opposite meanings.
